Responsibilities:
- Overseeing resident care, ensuring duties are completed, and nursing staff adheres to protocols
- Assist in managing resident care and emergency responses
- Attend and/or conduct care conferences
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Assure confidentiality and efficient handling of records and data
Requirements:
- Current RN license from the Virginia State Board of Nursing
- CPR and First Aid certifications
- Previous experience in leadership roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
