Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and monitor the organization's ALM strategies, focusing on risk management, capital adequacy, and liquidity.
- Collaborate with treasury and finance teams to assess interest rate risk, currency risk, and credit risk.
- Develop ALM models to forecast cash flows, evaluate hedging strategies, and improve asset allocation.
- Evaluate existing asset portfolios and identify opportunities for optimization based on market trends and financial objectives.
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for performance monitoring and decision support.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial models and reports
- Bachelor's in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA/CFA a plus).
- 10 years of experience in ALM, Asset Management, and Reinsurance.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
