Trade Reconciliation and Middle Office Expertise
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Trade Reconciliation and Middle Office Specialist.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in trade reconciliation, corporate action, cash management, and middle office functions.
- Trade Reconciliation: Verify and reconcile trades to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Corporate Action: Process and manage corporate actions such as mergers, acquisitions, and dividends.
- Cash Management: Oversee cash management processes including intraday cash reporting and front office use cases.
- Middle Office Function: Provide support for middle office activities including user experience and interface design.
Key Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience with Middle Office cash reporting UI.
- Knowledge of Eagle Accounting.
- Ability to define user experience and user interface design.
- Understanding of intraday cash reporting, including front office use cases.
- Knowledge of cash reconciliation processes and data sets.
- Understanding of corporate action events, including SWIFT messages (MT564, 565, 567, 568) and voluntary election workflow.
Additional Requirements
You will also need:
- Experience working with data outputs from Smartstream TLM Reconciliation-Premium.
- Knowledge of corporate action software (e.g., TCS BaNCS, FIS/XSP).
