Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Middle Office Specialist, responsible for trade reconciliation, corporate action, and cash management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trade Reconciliation: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of trades, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Corporate Action: Process corporate actions, including SWIFT messages and voluntary election workflows.
- Cash Management: Manage cash reporting, intraday cash reporting, and cash reconciliation processes.
Requirements:
- Middle Office Cash Reporting UI Experience: Proficient in middle office cash reporting user interfaces.
- Eagle Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with Eagle Accounting software.
- User Experience Design: Experienced in defining user experience and user interface design.
- Intraday Cash Reporting: Knowledge of intraday cash reporting, including front office use cases.
- Cash Reconciliation Processes: Skilled in cash reconciliation processes and data sets.
- Corporate Action Events: Knowledge of corporate action events, including SWIFT messages (MT564, 565, 567, 568) and voluntary election workflow.
Additional Skills:
- Data Outputs from Smartstream TLM Reconciliation-Premium: Experienced working with data outputs from Smartstream TLM Reconciliation-Premium.
- Corporate Action Software: Knowledge of corporate action software, such as TCS BaNCS or FIS/XSP.
