Job Description:As a Salary with Commission-based Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales for our roofing services in the Utah region. You will actively prospect and engage with potential clients, conduct assessments of their roofing needs, and present tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with customers and closing deals to contribute to the company's growth and success.

This role demands a high level of professionalism, strong self-accountability, exceptional attention to detail, and advanced problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must supply your own ladder and tools.
  • Must pass Raptor Roofing Certification.
