Raquel Perlis Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our well-established, locally owned private practice in Wellesley Hills, MA.
At Raquel Perlis Physical Therapy, we have been specializing in Women’s Health Physical Therapy since 1993, providing individualized care that addresses the unique needs of each patient. As a cash based (out-of-network) practice, we have the flexibility to spend an hour with every patient, ensuring we can offer personalized treatments that make a real difference in their health and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and provide treatment for a diverse range of pelvic floor therapy patients.
- Develop creative, outcome-driven treatment plans and exercises tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Apply manual therapy and advanced clinical techniques to promote patient healing and recovery.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive, coordinated care plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Pelvic Health and Women’s Health Physical Therapy through ongoing professional education.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet specific goals and outcomes.
- Utilize strong diagnostic and observational skills to evaluate conditions and create effective treatment strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- Pelvic Floor Courses required (Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1, Level 2A, Level 2B, and Pregnancy/Postpartum Rehabilitation), Preferred (but not required) a Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Floor (CAPP)
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Women’s Health and Orthopedics preferred, but new graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply
- Must have an active Physical Therapy license in Massachusetts
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for effective interaction with patients, families, and medical teams
- A strong team player with the flexibility and willingness to work collaboratively
