Job Summary:
The Entry-Level Data Analyst will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform strategic decisions. You will collaborate with various teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to help improve operations, customer experiences, and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and customer behavior to identify insights and opportunities.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
- Assist in developing predictive models and forecasting future business trends.
- Support marketing campaigns by analyzing campaign performance and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business challenges using data-driven solutions.
- Continuously monitor and validate data integrity, suggesting improvements where needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or coursework in data analysis is a plus but not required.
