Assistant Property Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our residential or commercial properties. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring tenant satisfaction while managing property-related tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Handle tenant inquiries and concerns with professionalism and effective phone etiquette.
• Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, contracts, and tenant communications.
• Support the implementation of customer relationship management strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors for timely repairs and facility management.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and other legal requirements related to property management.
• Conduct property inspections to assess condition and address any issues proactively.
• Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants through effective sales strategies.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with tenants.
• Familiarity with legal administrative tasks related to property management is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear interactions with tenants and vendors.
• Experience in sales or marketing within the real estate sector is advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.63 - $18.35 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Newport, KY 41071 (Preferred)
