As a food runner, we want you to showcase your knowledge and curiosity for food and wine, and how the two complement one another.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting Expo throughout the guest dining
- Ensure dishes are accurate, clean, and presented well to the guest
- Run food to the appropriate guest and notate all modifications
- Be aware of all food allergens on the menu
- Cleanliness of expo line
- Complete opening and closing sidework with sense of urgency
- Sweep, remove trash, and keep an organized work space
- Engage with guests as needed
- Provide Hospitality
