Rasmus Real Estate Group is a multi-state real estate firm that works on behalf of large institutions, private equity firms, and individuals acquiring, holding, and disposing of single-family residential properties. Rasmus Real Estate is currently actively operating in 4 states and quickly expanding. The company has deep roots in the foreclosure industry, having spent several decades facilitating high-volume REO dispositions for financial institutions. Our services have since expanded, and the majority of our transactions now involve the acquisition and disposition of single-family homes for large institutional investment funds.
The Closing Coordinator plays a critical role in managing real estate transactions from contract to close across multiple states and markets. This position involves drafting offers, preparing listing agreements and MLS listings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring all necessary documentation is processed efficiently within internal and client portals. The Closing Coordinator will track key contract deadlines to ensure a seamless contract-to-close process on all files. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple transactions and markets simultaneously.
- Draft and submit acquisition offers across multiple markets using Salesforce, Dotloop, and client portals.
- Process binding agreements and ensure accurate data entry in CRM systems.
- Negotiate offers and retrades as needed during due diligence periods.
- Track contract milestones, including earnest money due dates, due diligence periods, and closing timelines.
- Assign final walkthroughs to market field reps and monitor completion.
- Create and manage MLS listings for disposition assignments.
- Intake and negotiate offers for disposition listings.
- Oversee contract-to-close processes for disposition and REO listings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- GA Real Estate License strongly preferred, with a willingness to obtain salesperson licenses in additional states.
- 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume real estate transaction role, such as listing coordinator, closing coordinator, transaction manager, or administrative support.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documenting processes and timelines.
- Extensive experience with CRM and project management systems (Salesforce, Dotloop, Google Suite, DocuSign, MLS, ShowingTime, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple timelines and responsibilities effectively.
This role is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work remotely.
Pay is a competitive combination of base salary and performance-based bonus.
