Job Description:
- Responsible for answering & directing phone calls
- Set appointments with customers, adding leads to salesman's schedules
- Check and maintain various email accounts
- Clerical support, monitor office supplies/product literature
- Input and processing information into CRM system
- Assist in processing Salesman portfolio folders
- Assist management team with various clerical tasks
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience in office administration and clerical tasks
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and multi-line phone systems
- Organizational skills with effective time management
- Ability to handle data entry, filing, and calendar management
- Previous experience in a construction environment is a plus
