As a Project Manager for Louisiana-based Ratcliff Construction Company, you will own a project from conception to completion, including management of the job P&L, management of subcontractors and vendors, and driving the timeline. We are looking for top-notch construction minds to help us grow our 96 year-old family-owned company. This role is all about delivering projects – whatever it takes – on time, on spec and on budget.
Specifically, you will be responsible to:

- Understand Public and Private Construction processes
- Perform project planning and budget control
- Manage subcontractor, vendors and milestones
- Possess the ability to adapt and problem solve
We are looking for a construction project manager with proven commercial building experience in driving projects to successful completion.
