Customer Service Specialist
Rate Tracker is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to provide top-tier support to our clients. This role is essential in ensuring our clients receive timely assistance, accurate information, and a seamless experience. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver, an excellent communicator, and highly detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and professional support
- Assist clients with troubleshooting, account updates, and general service questions to ensure a seamless experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing proactive follow-ups and personalized service
- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced, high volume environment with minimal supervision and high attention to detail
- Providing superior customer service and remaining solution-driven with all customers
- Document customer interactions (if applicable) in CRM system and according to standard procedures
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure appropriate information is communicated to exceed customer expectations
- Utilize Zoom phone system with ease and efficiency
- Maintain compliance with all Rate Tracker standards, policies, and practices
- Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership Team
- Develop and maintain documentation for CRM-related processes and procedures
- Provide training and guidance to team members on CRM best practices
Qualifications
- Customer service experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in the payment processing or financial services industry is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry and CRM management (Hubspot preferred) is a plus.
