Business Development Specialist:
Compensation: $45-50k Annually, Plus Bonus Potential

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. A successful candidate will have an amazing energy, a passion for sales and a keen focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, it is key that this candidate is an entrepreneurial builder and a self-starter who is comfortable articulating new value propositions and ideas.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with VPs in order to grow their business through prospecting, farming, and follow up activities.
- Manage pipeline of VPs’ referral partners ranging from real estate agents to financial advisors - all organized in our CRM.
- Schedule 1 on 1 business meetings through outbound sales calls and emails - this role is phone based.
- Plan monthly networking events in collaboration with our Events/Marketing team.
- Update VP’s social media and build their online reviews.
- Create marketing pieces for VP’s referral partners.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals.
- Stay organized and manage your time effectively in order to complete your daily tasks - sales is a numbers game and you’re here to win.

Must Haves:
- 4-Year College Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - no fear of the phone
- Minimum of two years sales experience; experience in title, mortgage, real estate brokerage or other real estate related services a plus, but not mandated
- General computer and email proficiency- we use Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive attitude
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time
- Must possess current US work authorization
