Guaranteed Rate is looking for a full-time Designer to join its team!
Pay Range : $70k to $80k
Job Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers, copywriters, and product managers, to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conceptualize and create compelling visual designs that effectively communicate key messages and concepts.
- Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs for digital and print deliverables, including web banners, social media graphics, email newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Stay informed about industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continually innovate and elevate the quality of design work.
- Work closely with copywriters to integrate copy and visual elements seamlessly in marketing materials, maintaining a cohesive brand aesthetic.
- Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and production houses, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of print materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
