Guaranteed Rate is looking for a full-time Designer to join its team!

Pay Range: 70k to 80k

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Designer to join our creative team. As a Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually stunning designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to digital advertisements, website graphics, social media content, email templates, and print collateral. Your designs will play a critical role in shaping our brand identity and enhancing our overall marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers, copywriters, and product managers, to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Conceptualize and create compelling visual designs that effectively communicate key messages and concepts.
• Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
• Produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs for digital and print deliverables, including web banners, social media graphics, email newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Stay informed about industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continually innovate and elevate the quality of design work.
• Work closely with copywriters to integrate copy and visual elements seamlessly in marketing materials, maintaining a cohesive brand aesthetic.
• Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and production houses, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of print materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Designer or similar role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience working in FIGMA Software required
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Portfolio of design work showcasing creativity, technical proficiency, and versatility across various mediums and platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus but not required.
