What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Finance Specialist position at Rate?
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact all borrower(s) within 24 hours after the Initial Loan Consultation.
- Accurately pre-approve all eligible borrowers.
The Loan Partner Two will work cohesively with the Loan Officer(s), borrowers, loan processors, underwriters, and third parties to close 95% of all loans on time while providing an outstanding experience from application to close.
