Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss loan options and pre-qualify them
- Communicate with Realtors, Builders, and Business Partners as needed
- Submit complete files to processing for review and approval
- Closely coordinate closing details with clients
- Solve complex escrow issues
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in mortgage origination, processing, or underwriting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with major investors and their guidelines
