Pay Range: $20/hr plus bonus
Responsibilities:
- Assist closer in reviewing and updating fees in preparation for closing.
- Balancing and initiating wires with warehouse bank
- Respond promptly to general questions from internal/external partners
- Review Closing Disclosure and required @ funding documents for accuracy.
- Provide funding authorization to Title/Escrow Agents.
- Experience and extensive knowledge of new TRID guidelines.
- Knowledge of State Bond programs a plus!
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a “High Volume" environment.
- Great work ethic.
- Type 45 words per minute.
- Working with Encompass software a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Mortgage Closings preparing closing packages and funding loans.
