Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for aProducing Sales Manager (w/a team) & Loan Officerat Rate in Nevada. The Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting a sales team, developing marketing strategies, building realtor/builder relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Loan Officer will develop new relationships in the field and leverage past COI to help customers get into a new home, or refinance.

Qualifications

• You must be a current Loan officer or Mortgage Sales Manager (with a team) to apply**
• Strong Customer Relationship & Communication skills
• Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and programs
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Previous experience in the finance or mortgage industry is a must (2 years)
