We are looking for a talented Motion Graphics Animator to join our marketing creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and animating compelling motion graphics, visual effects, and animated assets for marketing campaigns. Your work will help bring our brand stories to life, engage audiences, and drive conversions across digital and social media platforms.

We are looking for a talented Motion Graphics Animator to join our marketing creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and animating compelling motion graphics, visual effects, and animated assets for marketing campaigns. Your work will help bring our brand stories to life, engage audiences, and drive conversions across digital and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and animate motion graphics, kinetic typography, visual effects, and animated elements for digital marketing campaigns, social media, ads, website content, email campaigns, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop engaging and visually striking animations that align with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
- Optimize animations for different digital platforms, ensuring the right formats, aspect ratios, and durations for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Incorporate branding elements, such as logos, color schemes, and typography, to maintain consistency in marketing visuals.
- Work with video editors, designers, and content creators to enhance video content with animated intros, transitions, lower thirds, and other motion graphics.
- Develop animated explainer videos, product demos, infographics, and interactive content to improve customer engagement.
- Stay up to date with motion design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure fresh and innovative content.
- Ensure animations are optimized for web and mobile performance, keeping file sizes efficient without compromising quality.
- Manage and organize animation assets, templates, and project files for easy team access.
- Proven experience in motion graphics animation for marketing, advertising, or content creation.
- Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc., is a plus).
- Strong understanding of storytelling, visual composition, and motion design principles.
- Ability to create 2D animations, motion typography, and simple 3D animations.
- Knowledge of social media trends and best practices for animated content.
- Experience with motion tracking, visual effects, and compositing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with marketing strategists, designers, and content teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with UI animations, interactive design, or HTML5 animations is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Motion Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience with branding, advertising, and performance marketing animation.
- Knowledge of 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya) is a plus.
- Experience in A/B testing animations for ad performance is a plus.
