Production Coordinator

Compensation: $45-50k Annually – Work location: M-F 3940 Ravenswood, Chicago, IL

Responsibilities

• Acting as the main point of contact for coordinating the filming production schedule.
• Must organize and categorize all video projects while providing status reports.
• Work independently to drive all video projects forward with the creative team.
• Develop and research potential video project ideas.
• Organizing and conducting prep calls with video subjects before filming.
• Booking film locations, track production equipment, and production staff schedule.
  
  

Qualifications

• Communicate effectively with the creative team, production and companywide to ensure timely execution of exceptional work
• Organize and categorize all video projects while providing weekly status
• Support in pre-production and shoot day logistics
• Active on shoot-day with supplies/props/crew meals
• Manage booking talent and release forms
• Track production equipment / production staff schedule / production budgets
• Support in securing crew and all partner communications.
• Organize and track assets for post-production (footage, graphics, music, etc.)
• Manage commercial legal disclaimer/business compliance process
• Assist with scheduling and managing the studio calendar and help support team meetings
