Rath Auto Resources of Ft. Smith, AR, is seeking a driven professional to join our sales team as a Sales Manager.
Prospective Sales Managers will be expected to show leadership in the areas of both task work and cultivating talent - managing the daily work flow of the sales team as well as training sales professionals in an ongoing education environment.

Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring incoming leads and managing lead performance
- Managing daily productivity of the sales team
- Desking car deals and helping salespeople close business effectively
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Leading the sales team to attain sales goals on a consistent basis
- Appraising trade-ins and potential used car purchase units
- Hiring as needed and training on an ongoing basis
- Money handling
Qualifications:
- Automotive sales experience
- Management experience is a plus, but not required
- High leadership and communication skills
- Some F&I experience would be an advantage, but not a requirement
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean criminal background check
Compensation will range from $75,000 to $125,000 on a performance-based pay scale.
