QA Analyst

Essential Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the QA team to develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans based on project requirements and functional specifications.
• Execute test plans, identify defects, and ensure the quality and functionality of our software products.
• Develop and implement new standards for inspection, production, and design for QA test plans.
• Identify potential problems and collaborate with developers and the QA Team, to fix issues and, ensure the software functions as intended across various scenarios and across multiple devices.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that new changes don't negatively impact existing functionality.
• Perform load and performance testing to ensure the system can handle expected usage.
• Identify test scenarios and prepare test cases for manual and automated testing.
• Create and maintain testing documentation, including test scripts, test cases, and results.
• Work closely with development, product management, and other teams to understand requirements and ensure quality across the entire software development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1-2 years’ experience as a QA Analyst or similar role in software testing.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Understanding of the SDLC.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing preferred.
• Proficiency in writing test scripts, test cases, and test plans.
• Working knowledge of test management software
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Windows based computer applications skills.
