They will maintain a systematic, real-time pulse on every project in the pipeline and manage the production schedule accordingly.

Key Responsibilities
1. Production Schedule Management
- Own and maintain the master production schedule.
- Move projects within the schedule based on customer readiness and acceptable install dates.
- Coordinate with the sales team to fill open slots and flag where additional jobs are needed.
- Track all key milestones to ensure jobs are production-ready in advance of fabrication:
- Finish selections
- Shop drawing approvals
- Field verifications
- Rough and final work order reviews
- Learn and apply Microsoft Project for timeline tracking.
2. Customer Contact & Communication
- Review contracts and quoted delivery timelines.
- Conduct intro calls with new clients to verify details and significant project dates.
- Assign tentative production slots while learning each client’s flexibility.
- Maintain consistent client communication to keep a pulse on the project.
- Prompt customers or staff on project milestones.
- Spot inconsistencies or gaps in information and handle corrections professionally.
3. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work with the Installation Manager to align installation timing.
- Keep the sales team updated on scheduling needs and changes.
- Support post-sale client relationships to insure client satisfaction.
4. General Expectations
- Stay organized and assertive in driving timelines.
- Be approachable and diplomatic, while also setting clear boundaries.
- Take initiative and be ready to assist in any area where needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in project management, production scheduling, or customer coordination.
- Excellent communication skills and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft Project is a plus.
- Background in manufacturing, construction, or furniture is helpful but not required.
