Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Serve as a front-line representative for customers via phone, email, and video calls.
- Assist in creating accurate and detailed quotes for custom furniture orders.
- Coordinate and ship furniture samples.
- Travel occasionally to meet with clients and support sales efforts.
- Maintain strong communication with the external sales team and help streamline their operations.
- Assist with lead generation, customer follow-up, and tracking quote pipelines.
Office and Administrative Support
- Ensure effective internal communication and coordination across departments.
- Track and manage customer inquiries, follow-up tasks, and project documentation.
- Support marketing efforts by distributing materials and maintaining digital content.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and help develop process improvements.
