About the Position
Ratio is seeking an Image Analyst to join a growing team of scientists responsible for data and technology efforts in support of discovery and human clinical data. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in mathematics or engineering (or other technical field), with a focus on using programming tools to automate tasks and facilitate consistent results. The candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing imaging data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement. The candidate will also be responsible for analysis of non-imaging data in support of imaging studies. The candidate will work closely with senior team members to develop skills and knowledge in both areas. This position is a great opportunity to work on the cutting edge of cancer therapy.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in the analysis of large sets of clinical and nonclinical medical imaging data
· Develop and maintain image processing algorithms
· Support the development and validation of radiopharmaceuticals
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and quality
· Prepare and present data analysis results to internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. mathematics, physics, statistics, engineering)
- 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or image processing
- Strong knowledge of image processing and analysis tools such as MATLAB, Python, R, or JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with nuclear medicine imaging modalities (e.g. SPECT, PET) a plus
- Interest in the biotech or healthcare industry a plus
