What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part time retreat center help position at Ratna Ling Retreat Center?
Ratna Ling is a beautiful spiritual retreat center north of Cazadero, about 1.5 hours from Santa Rosa. We are looking for part time help to service retreats. Generally the work is on weekends. We need a couple of people to come up preferably on a Friday afternoon and stay until Sunday about noon. The work would be helping with meal setup and cleanup and potentially other retreat support help. The weekend might include 10 hours of work and you would have the time to hike, walk or study in between mealtimes. Compensation is minimum wage plus food and a lodging preferably Friday and Saturday nights.
