What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Coordinator position at Ratner Property Management, Inc.?
Responsible for assisting with all maintenance coordination and administration, with an emphasis on
cultivating and enhancing the tenant and customer relationship and experience, community cultivation,
property and asset health, providing peace of mind for all our “customer” relationships by way of
focused customer service, and playing a proactive role in experimentation and improvement.
Including but not limited to assisting Maintenance Coordinator with:
• Coordination and quality assurance of all maintenance and repairs.
• Coordination and/or performance of routine, periodic, and government property and unit
inspections.
• Performance of some minor maintenance and repair if needed and coordination of vacancy
turnovers.
• Assisting the management team with other tasks as required.
