Mission
RATP Dev USA is seeking a Facilities Manager who will be responsible for ensuring optimal functioning of building systems and equipment including, but not limited to, mechanical, controls, electrical, fire / life safety, elevators, bus lifts, shop equipment, and the fueling station for all GoRaleigh and GoWake / GoWake Access facilities. The position manages the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, buildings, bus shelters and other facilities.
Ultimately, the Facilities Manager will ensure that the building infrastructure meets the needs of employees, enables productivity, and aligns with the company's strategic goals.
The position is responsible for ensuring contract compliance with the client.
Profile
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of facilities including building maintenance, equipment maintenance, fuel station, janitorial, grounds services, and bus shelter maintenance.
- Develop plans for building maintenance and capital improvements.
- Oversee the functioning of all building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire / life safety, and elevators.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for facilities projects.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
- Manage facilities budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of the condition of the equipment and other systems in the building.
- Create a plan for equipment procurement and maintenance.
- Direct and plan essential services such as cleaning, waste disposal, and recycling.
- Optimize security management strategies, such as badging and office key management systems, security ingress / egress, and security cameras.
- Oversight of current leased space, building relationships, equipment upkeep, fixed-asset management, procurement, and all other aspects of ensuring facilities are operational, safe, and professional.
- Maintain and improve asset and inventory management processes.
- Develop short- and long-range plans and program objectives, an annual budget, and a capital improvement budget for future repairs and improvements to the facilities.
