Billing, Payroll & Accounts Clerk

For over 35 years, Ratwik, Roszak & Maloney, P.A. has been a trusted advisor for public entities across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Representing public school districts, counties, cities, and other local governmental entities.

Our law firm is seeking a Billing, Payroll & Accounts Clerk with experience and who is a team player. Responsibilities include payroll, billing, AP, and AR. Candidates should have an Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field or have a strong background in billing, payroll and accounts. Experience with insurance billing and law firm financial workflows would be helpful. Additional qualifications include :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• A keen attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. The salary range is from $33.00 to $36.00 an hour depending on experience.
