Job Summary

We are searching for a Litigation Associate Attorney , preferably with two to three years of experience to join our insurance defense law firm. In this role, you will perform legal research, draft legal documents, attend depositions and court hearings. You will gain experience and have the opportunity to learn from experienced attorneys. This position is ideal for someone seeking to develop and grow in their litigation career. In addition to your resume, please submit a writing sample .

Responsibilities

Prepare discovery, briefs, motions, and other legal documents

Conduct legal research

Prepare for and attend legal proceedings and depositions

Maintain detailed and accurate client records

Qualifications

Successful completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school and bar exam

Ability to write legal briefs and conduct depositions

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Ability to collaborate with colleagues to best serve clients
