Here’s what you’ll do :
Process Development and Leadership
- Participate in simultaneous engineering activities for new engine development projects (plan, define, and implement related process changes within the given time frame of each of the projects)
- Develop new and improved manufacturing processes with necessary assembly / machining process definition and documentation
- Ensure stability in engine-related processes through the establishment of process FMEAs, development and implementation of process control plans, and improvement of individual workstations to maximize output
- Conduct time and work sequence studies and implement process modifications to increase production and improve quality
- Lead cross-functional teams to set priorities, project plans, and due dates.
- Monitor activities within the team, coordinate implementations, and report to Area Management.
