Job Skills / Requirements
Full time position for a Production Technician for Rauch Inc.’s, Industrial Services department. This role works effectively to supervise and coordinate client and production activities; provide direct support to clients who are individuals with disabilities; and ensures quota and quality standards are met.
Qualified candidates will hold a high school diploma or GED, a driver’s license, and have access to a reliable vehicle. One year of experience in an industrial setting preferred but not required. One year of college in a related area of study can be accepted in lieu of experience.
