Position Summary
Work directly with the Customer Service Manager to identify customer questions and concerns, handle customer complaints in a patient and compassionate manner, and perform daily tasks with customer satisfaction in mind.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Reports directly to the Customer Service Manager
- Interacts as required with staff and office personnel
- Interacts with customers daily
- Understands and able to react to the daily challenges of scheduling customer service calls
- Assist in developing an implement new or revised record keeping systems and procedures
- Responsible for accurately tracking all service work in IHMS
- Responsible for pulling, updating, and verifying accuracy in all necessary reports
- Additional duties as required
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Have a high sense of urgency and a positive attitude in demanding situations
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous experience in a construction company
- Ability to navigate a computer to submit daily and weekly reports and/or status updates
- Possess an understanding of computer software including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments
- Possess time management skills
- Ability to make administrative and procedure decisions
Physical Demands
- Lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally and frequently moving small objects
- Sitting for long periods of time
- Manual use of hands and vision to use computer constantly
- Walking or standing occasionally
