Position Summary 

Work directly with the Customer Service Manager to identify customer questions and concerns, handle customer complaints in a patient and compassionate manner, and perform daily tasks with customer satisfaction in mind.


 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Reports directly to the Customer Service Manager
  • Interacts as required with staff and office personnel
  • Interacts with customers daily
  • Understands and able to react to the daily challenges of scheduling customer service calls
  • Assist in developing an implement new or revised record keeping systems and procedures
  • Responsible for accurately tracking all service work in IHMS
  • Responsible for pulling, updating, and verifying accuracy in all necessary reports
  • Additional duties as required

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have a high sense of urgency and a positive attitude in demanding situations
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous experience in a construction company
  • Ability to navigate a computer to submit daily and weekly reports and/or status updates
  • Possess an understanding of computer software including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments
  • Possess time management skills
  • Ability to make administrative and procedure decisions

Physical Demands

  • Lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally and frequently moving small objects
  • Sitting for long periods of time
  • Manual use of hands and vision to use computer constantly
  • Walking or standing occasionally
