Rausch Creek is looking to hire an Administrative Support Assistant at our Tremont, PA power plant operation. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth operations across various departments. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Responsible for the activities related to the following administrative plant processes:
· Purchasing: Issue P.O.’s, Establish Credit Accounts and Electronic Invoicing with Vendors, Track Vendor Insurance, Analyze/Compare Pricing & Products to Ensure Cost Savings
· Accounting: Calculate/Pay Monthly State Use Tax, Code/Record Purchasing Activity, Issue Tax Exempt Certificates, Update Plant Production Monthly Records
· Inventory: Ensure PO’s for inventory are tracked and recorded
· Fuel/Ash tonnage totaling, recording stone tickets and keep track of them & email info
· Computer Systems: QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Suite) Access, Adobe Acrobat Writer
· Receive the mail and go through it, mail items by FedEx, answer/return phone calls and emails, faxing, filing and other secretarial duties
· AP/AR
· Environmental Record Keeping: file and maintain records per Permit Requirements
· Establish/Maintain Tracking for Plant Administrative Processes
· Trucking paperwork filing
