Rausch Infrastructure, LLC is looking for a Project Manager to add to our team.
Rausch Infrastructure is a growing civil heavy highway general contractor that tackles both large and small projects and competes with firms in the ENR Top 400.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management of the entire project, including scheduling, purchasing, quality, and safety.
- Collaborate with Rausch Infrastructure superintendents and subcontractor superintendents.
- Primary point of contact for contract owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Document and negotiate financial disputes and change orders that may affect project completion dates and/or contract costs with owners and subcontractors.
- Assist the estimating team as needed.
- Requirements and Skills
- B.S. In Construction Management or Engineering and/or a minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience.
- Experience with a general contractor and heavy civil construction is required.
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and P6.
- Strong verbal, written, and negotiation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
