Objective / Purpose
This position will be responsible for supporting the Blue Polymers operations business systems, business processes, MS Share Point and ERP optimization across all Blue Polymers manufacturing locations. Will project manage, Lead, and coordinate site resources to achieve best business practices. Responsible for ensuring Blue Polymers has consistency with business processes across locations. Responsible for sustaining optimization and implementing new ERP functionality, training end users, documenting processes.

Essential Functions:
Business Process
Create and maintain procedures and processes in relation to software/application operational best practices.
Establish process flows, work instructions, standard operating procedures and testing scripts, ensuring operational effectiveness and efficient project planning with Senior leadership.
Providing meaningful and actionable intelligence to business groups and support Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate and collaborate with site subject matter experts for best operational execution and problem solving for business process optimization.
Monitor systems for efficient use and support users continuous improvement of business systems.
ERP & Softwares
Responsible for coordinating effective development, communication, execution and operational effectiveness deployment of the ERP system at all Blue Polymers facilities and alignment with Blue Polymers systems initiatives.
Provide new and continued training for ERP users to ensure they are using the systems in the most effective ways possible.
Drive planning and execution of all system related projects that create efficiencies with all operations transactional processing.
Monitor systems for efficient use and support users continuous improvement of business systems.
Set up and ensure proper security roles are upheld in the Blue Polymers Share Point and ERP.
3rd party provider management
Assist with communications as the liaison to the Managed Service Provider of Blue Polymers
Cellular phone management and optimization
IT Equipment with MSP
Reporting & Control systems
Monitor and ensure operations policies are in place, operating effectively and sustained.
Maintain and update operations Systems of Records including security records.
Develop, Maintain and audit operational reports for accuracy, distribution recipient accuracy and timeliness with Plant Managers and Senior Leadership.
Other duties, as assigned by Plant Manager.
Minimum Qualifications / Education / Certifications
Bachelor of Science degree in business administration or equivalent work experience.
Lean manufacturing knowledge and statistical modeling desired.
Demonstrated knowledge with ERP system implementations and business processes.
Proven analysis capabilities including 8d, 5 Whys and Fishbone Diagrams
Ability to create and maintain operational process maps - Visio
Experienced with implementation, maintaining and monitoring an internal control environment and Share Point
Up to 30% travel
5 years experience with ERP implementations and support.
5 years experience with administrative and business systems project management. PMP certification desired.
Leading decentralized teams and processes.
Demonstrated knowledge of effective financial controls.
Direct “hands-on” business process efficiency implementations.
Ability to lead groups with process improvement initiatives.
Data analysis, application and concept simplification abilities to teach all employees to be data driven with day to day operations effectiveness.
Ability to monitor and evaluate effective sustainable organizational structures with defined accountabilities aligned to organizational goals and mission.
Working knowledge of relational database structure and data mining capabilities SQL desired.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook.
Acumatica ERP experience is preferred.
Must possess excellent interpersonal, people management and problem solving skills.
Lead with a “Management by Walking Around” (MBWA) style.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Detail oriented, ability to prioritize, able to multi-task.
Work Environment / Conditions
The work environment/conditions described herein are representative of those that an incumbent may experience, and therefore must be adaptable to.
Must be comfortable working in a shared space, with constant noise, with/or without the use of a private office.
Schedules may vary from week to week based on business demands in excess of 40 hours with or without notice.
Can work from home and travel as required.
