Duties:
Lead fit gap analysis to gather business requirements for process and system changes or onboardings.
Analyze these business requirements to fully understand the need and provide existing or potential new solutions.
Translate business requirements to technical requirements for the development team.
Guide and work closely with the development teams for your change requests, functioning as a product owner for the applications to be built or changed.
Test and roll out developed system changes based on the provided requirements and solutions.
Lead onboarding efforts for businesses onto the global landscape, in terms of training, data migration, and support.
Lead discussions and take ownership of existing and new change requests per domain where business requirements, process improvements, and systems requirements have been or need to be identified.
Act as the point of contact and liaison between the businesses, IT, and external parties for one or more domains.
Design the business architecture for the TO BE processes.
Design data architecture and data flows within one and across multiple domains and applications.
Define Master/slave relationships between domains and applications.
Design architectural solutions for complex business processes.
Specify, analyze, and manage acceptance criteria for any change requests that are delivered within a project area.
Maintain relationships and regularly align with global systems counterparts to stay up to date with change requests, projects, and development in order to pursue functionality that benefits Ravago globally.
Compare business processes and software applications to the industry-standard best practices to facilitate discussions with the stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field, or foreign equivalent.
Experience: 5 years in the job offered or related field with the following:
5 years of experience in supply chain and order handling domains and familiarity with multiple ERPs.
5 years of experience with business analysis, process engineering, and organizational change management in the Supply Chain and Order Handling domains.
5 years of experience with BPMN, Archimate, and UML modeling standards within tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect or Microsoft Visio.
5 years of experience in architecting data flows and business architecture for complex system landscapes.
5 years of experience with understanding of Database Management and Database Management Systems.
5 years of experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
