Groundskeeper

Purpose   Primarily responsible for housekeeping, cleaning and various manual labor duties.      Areas of Responsibility / Tasks   Performance must reflect appropriate level of expertise and achievement of the desired results for the items listed below.                       Housekeeping of common areas (excluding offices) like: Warehouse, Blending, Maintenance Shop, concrete truck court, rail-road tracks, parking lots, retention pond (as required) and any other area indicated by Maintenance Supervisor. Ensure areas mentioned before are clean and free of “fugitive” pellets (“Floor Sweep” - spill control).  Ensure all drain baskets (30x30” and round drains) from truck court and blending Ops’ areas are clean and free of pellets.  Pick-up litter and trash from ground and landscaping areas.  Pick-up trash and recycled items from designated cleaning stations and dumpsters.  Perform cleaning tasks as indicated by direct Supervisor.  Work following safety practices and company rules and policies.  Execute assignments in an accurate, timely, and safe manner.  Identify potential hazards and report to immediate supervisor.  Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Manager.  Commit to OCS Blue & OSHA Safety facility Standard.    Supervisory Responsibilities   Not Applicable    Competencies; Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA)  To perform this role successfully, an individual must have experience achieving desired result(s) in their areas of responsibility.
