Supply Coordinator

Purpose

Th e purpose of th is role is to assist in the management of packaging supplies for production by r eceiv ing , unload ing , stor ing , and issu ing supplies .

Areas of Responsibility / Tasks

Performance must reflect appropriate level of expertise and achievement of the desired results for the items listed below .

• Receives, unloads, stores, and issues supplies .
• Examines supplies received to verify conformance to specifications.
• Move supplies to maintain organization
• Restock supplies at production lines
• Arrange outside pallets utilizing the FIFO Method
• Assist in daily housekeeping needs in warehouse and production areas
• Restock pallets at the production lines in the beginning and end of the 1st shift.
• Perform the weekly counts when Production Coordinator is not available or assist when needed .
• Assist as a forklift driver at the production line s when needed .

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications / Education / Experience / Certifications

• Education:

• High School /GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in similar title and scope of responsibility .
• Systems Experience:
• Microsoft suite: Outlook, Excel - Required (Teams, SharePoint , PowerPoint preferred)
• Licenses / Certifications:
• Forklift certification
  
  

Work Environment / Conditions

The work environment/conditions described herein are representative of those that an incumbent may experience .

• This job primarily operates in a warehouse setting and must be able to work in varying temperatures, depending upon season
• Schedules may vary from week to week based on business demands in excess of 40 hours with or without notice.
