Purpose
The Manager, Content Marketing will work collaboratively with the Director, Marketing & Communications to produce externally facing content and newsletters. The content specialist will collaborate with subject matter experts, market managers and external vendors to develop a communication calendar and pipeline of content for blog posts, webinars, video, infographics and other externally facing thought leadership that supports stated business goals.
This role reports to the Director, Marketing and Communications and will support resale, distribution and business development business units across multiple Ravago channels.

Areas of Responsibility / Tasks
- Area of Focus (In order of percentage of time spent on activity, importance and/or priority)
- Leverage internal and external resources to research and develop thought leadership content
- Develop and maintain content calendar, project schedules and resources
- Provide regular reporting on content, emails, and bulletins
- Oversee the distribution of MH Weekly Update, external newsletters and market-focused content
- Resource and manage external vendors in support of content creation
- Manage project scope and budget with external vendors
- Maintain a regular cadence of thought leadership to support digital campaigns

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and quickly shift priorities as business demands require
- Competency with developing and executing communications plans
- Strong understanding of PR, social media, and digital marketing
- Experience with digital and social media required, HTML plus
- Knowledge of and ability to lead change management communications
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred in English, journalism, or technical writing strongly preferred
- Experience:
- 5-7 years related corporate communications or marketing communications
- Licenses / Certifications:
- Valid driver’s license – required
- Language:
- Proficiency in English required
