Areas of Responsibility / Tasks
- Direct interface with Customers operational teams. ( Purchasing, Inventory, Customer service)
- Prepare and present statistical information to the management team (via Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint).
- Primary point of escalation for customer concerns related to deliveries, address customer complaints and resolve any problems through effective communication.
- Develop and implement solutions to address customer delivery concerns.
- Reconcile variances in customers ERP systems and the warehouse to ensure accuracy.
- Ensures the customer is informed about changes to the scheduled due dates
- Ensures accuracy and completeness of departmental activities and documents.
- Performs activities of workers supervised including CSS and PBS associates.
- Work with shipping, receiving, production and other departments, perform root cause analysis to determine origin of discrepancy as well as recommend and implement solutions to reduce future discrepancies and to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Process systematically inside ERP systems.
- Audit processes and procedures to ensure accuracy, organization, and the meeting of department goals.
- Plan, assign, and direct work; initiate plans to motivate workers to achieve goals.
- Ensure cross-training of employees for maximum coverage of accounts and customer needs.
- Manage employee life cycle including, Interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management, year-end evaluations, and termination of employees.
- Perform and record training of all direct associates.
- Assist with scheduling, conducting, and monitoring facility-wide training for all associates pertaining to the direct effectiveness of the WMS.
- Manage and enforce all applicable company policies.
- Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

1. Education:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in similar title, Industry and scope of responsibility
- Systems Experience:
- Familiar with various systems, including Warehouse Management Systems
- Microsoft suite: Outlook, Excel - Required (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint preferred)
