Residential/Commercial Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential/Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential settings, ensuring that homes are sanitized, organized, and welcoming. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as you will be interacting with clients to meet their cleaning needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough residential and/or commercial cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are clean and fresh.
• Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the quality of the home’s surfaces.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their preferences and feedback.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in good condition.
• Follow safety protocols and best practices for sanitation to create a healthy living environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in custodial or residential cleaning required.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used for various surfaces.
• Ability to launder items properly.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to work with a team.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
