Position Overview:
The instructor will be responsible for delivering content in a structured, engaging, and effective manner. This role focuses on ensuring that trainees acquire the necessary skills, knowledge, and discipline to meet mission objectives and organizational structure. The instructor will contribute to the operational readiness of personnel through expert instruction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Develop, maintain and update course material.
•Conduct training and evaluation of classes and committees.
•Ensures accountability and positive control of test materials to protect integrity of training.
•Coordinate classroom space, training areas, and other logistical needs to support training.
•Ensure all prerequisites are met prior to accepting students into courses.
•Prepares and submits initial class load data.
•Documents aspects of student duty performance and ensure timely submission of reports.
•Ensure safety of support staff and students during all activities on company property.
•Maintain control and accountability of all assigned tools and equipment.
•Assess student learning ad provide ongoing formative feedback for growth.
•Use all scheduled class time effectively.
•Assist in preparation and updating of promotional activities for the company when needed.
•Participate in related tours and recruitment events when needed.
•You may be asked to act as a program liaison between groups and the company heads depending on your relationship with the group.
•Teach military or law enforcement subjects like employment and deployment of weapons systems, military aspects of geopolitics, defense concepts, critical thinking, driving skills, UAS, CUAS, surveillance, protection etc...
Qualifications / Skills:
•Must be qualified and trained in developing innovative courseware.
•Must have the ability to prepare correspondence that is grammatically correct and conform to local format.
•Must be proficient with MS Office Suite Programs, MS Teams, and ensure ability to access all required training tools and databases.
Education and Work Experience:
- Military Experience of 8 years or more for military training.
- Army Security Cooperation Planners Course preferred.
- Training Developer Course Experience.
