What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Business Partner position at Raven Ridge LLC?
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for a full-time position in Bedford, NH area offering $75-95K DOE and generous benefits package. In this role you'll report to Sr Leadership and be part of a HR Team supporting 250 employees. As the HRBP you'll handle a variety of HR and People Operations tasks from compliance to engagement.
Responsibilities:
- HRIS - manage system, run updates and audits, reporting etc.
- On-board, train, mentor and coach employees
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports, documents and general HR Support
- Oversee compliance and program management for immigration and work visas
- Assist Benefits, Payroll and Recruitment Specialists with various projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 3 yrs Previous experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws to include immigration and work visas
- Ability to build rapport with all employees and act as a trusted advisor
- Strong technical skills that include HRIS platforms such as: Workday, UKG, ADP, UltiPro, Paylocity, Paycor, etc.
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
