Responsibilities:
- Booking First Rounds: Schedule and coordinate initial interview rounds with potential candidates, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- Printing Resumes: Prepare and print resumes and other relevant documents for review by hiring managers.
- Greeting 2nd Round Candidates: Welcome and assist candidates arriving for their second-round interviews, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
- Conducting First Rounds: Perform initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the company.
- Onboarding Candidates: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have all necessary information and resources to start their roles successfully.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software
- Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role is a plus
