Job Description:
As a Wireless Customer service Representative, you will undergo comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the wireless industry. Your main responsibilities during the training period will include:
- Shadowing experienced team members and learning from their customer interactions.
- Assisting customers with basic inquiries and service needs under the guidance of senior team members.
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of our wireless products and services.
- Participating in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Providing exceptional customer service and building rapport with customers.
Qualifications:
