Compensation :
65,000 - $75,000 Commission

- Property Tours : Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
- Leasing Process : Assist in managing the entire leasing process, including application processing, lease negotiations, and lease signing.
- Marketing : Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants, including online listings, social media, and community outreach.
- Tenant Relations : Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective tenants, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Administrative Tasks : Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, including applications, leases, and correspondence with tenants.
- Market Research : Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings to ensure competitive pricing and attractive property features.
- Compliance : Ensure all leasing activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
