Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Demonstrate excellent knife skills and plate presentation
- Prepare soups, sauces, seafood, desserts, salads, and more
- Full-service role including openning and closing the kitchen
- Familiar with health and sanitationregulations
Qualifications:
- Degree in Culinary Arts preferred
- Experience with scratch cooking and a la carte dining
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management and food quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
