This is what we need you for

  • Process and manage customer orders, returns, and credits with accuracy and efficiency
  • Review and validate sales data, tax information, and promotional details to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Oversee the setup and management of items and accounts across various sales platforms
  • Monitor daily order statuses, addressing issues such as delays, out-of-stock items, and missing information
  • Resolve chargebacks and compliance issues by collaborating with internal teams and external partners
  • Conduct regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, shortages, and compliance metrics
  • Process monthly credits, co-op agreements, and account adjustments as needed
  • Ensure all products meet shipping and packaging requirements, including specialized certifications
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with cross-functional tasks and support team members as needed to achieve business goals

  • Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and SAP
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience managing accounts on sales platforms and ensuring compliance with operational standards
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in a B2B environment, especially in the toy and game industry, or with large customer portals (Amazon, Target, Walmart) is a plus
