This is what we need you for
- Process and manage customer orders, returns, and credits with accuracy and efficiency
- Review and validate sales data, tax information, and promotional details to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Oversee the setup and management of items and accounts across various sales platforms
- Monitor daily order statuses, addressing issues such as delays, out-of-stock items, and missing information
- Resolve chargebacks and compliance issues by collaborating with internal teams and external partners
- Conduct regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, shortages, and compliance metrics
- Process monthly credits, co-op agreements, and account adjustments as needed
- Ensure all products meet shipping and packaging requirements, including specialized certifications
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with cross-functional tasks and support team members as needed to achieve business goals
- Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and SAP
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience managing accounts on sales platforms and ensuring compliance with operational standards
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in a B2B environment, especially in the toy and game industry, or with large customer portals (Amazon, Target, Walmart) is a plus
